The future of luxury cat boarding is here at Creekside’s cattery in San Luis Obispo County. Our exclusive Kitty City is a separate building that provides a safe and secure sanctuary for the most finicky felines. Boarding cats is a specialty we take seriously and meeting the core needs of every kitty is our primary goal.

Creekside offers the pawsitive interaction some cats crave, but we all know that it’s still up to them to decide if they want to cuddle, boss us around, or just ignore our very existence.

At Creekside’s Kitty City, the cattery purrrks include a constant flow of fresh air with ceiling fans as well as heating and air conditioning as needed. Every enclosure has solid privacy panels, separate food and water areas, and discreet “privies” that keeps litter boxes from the living areas. Some enclosures even offer the luxury of window seats to lounge or gaze at outside bird feeders. Our Kitty City offers cat-calming solution to reduce anxiety and stress for our kitties and enhance their happiness with Feliway diffusers and white noise machines throughout the building.

Creekside Cat Boarding Options

We have four types of vacation homes that ensure home-like amenities for every personality.

Kitty Kennels

Our Kitty Kennels come in 2 sizes, Medium and Large. Each unit has a hidout box with a scratch pad roof, blankets on the bottom on the kennel for added softness, and a covered litterbox.

Upscale Cat Condos

Our Cat Condos designed specifically for felines. The Cat Condos feature a ledge to rest on, blankets and a private space for their litter box. The enclosure minimizes noise and provides a quiet sanctuary. This option is excellent for kitties who like to hide in the cubbies.

Walk-In Suites

Our walk-in suites are perfect for 2 cats from the same family or for the energetic exploring of your hunter kitty. Cats naturally like to perch above their environment and our wall-mounted climbing shelves lead them to custom hiding boxes. Each suite also features a scratching post and comfortable blankets to keep the kitties comfy. The room also features soothing recordings of the natural environment including rainfall, ocean waves, or other comforting sounds.

Big Kitty Room

Our Big Kitty Room is purrrfect for mulit-cat families or active kitties. The Big Kitty Room can accommodate up to 3 kitties from the same family and features a wall mounted climbing shelf, hiding boxes, scratching tree and 2 windows to enjoy the view!

Creekside is CLOSED for Pick up and Drop off on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours prior to boarding check in
  • 7 days prior to boarding check in during holidays and peak seasons
  • 24 hours for grooming appointments

One-On-One Time

20 minutes/$15

Your cat gets personal attention, time playing with a staff member, a walk around out kitty city or a lot of cuddles in a warm lap.

Advanced Medical

$5 Per Night

We may give up to 2
medicines a day at no
extra charge. For
additional medications,
complicated procedures,
or extra requirements, a
$5 per day fee applies.

Additional Meal

$5 Per Meal

2 meals a day are included in boarding. Additional meals are $5 per meal.

Meals requiring special preparation/handling are an additional $1 per meal

Other Pet Boarding

We welcome birds, hamsters, bunnies, and other safe, small family pets.

Please bring their cage or aquarium and usual feed.

Prices start at $12 per night depending upon the pet and level of care involved.

Vaccination Details

 

REQUIRED FOR DOGS:

  • Bordetella
  • Distemper
  • Parvo
  • Rabies

Veterinarians also recommend Canine Influenza Virus Vaccine (CIV) and Leptosporosis Vaccine.

REQUIRED FOR CATS:

  • FVRCP
  • Rabies

Veterinarians also recommend FeLV vaccine.

Vaccinations should be given 5 to 10 days prior to boarding.

We require flea control to be current on all pets.
