Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours prior to boarding check in
- 7 days prior to boarding check in during holidays and peak seasons
- 24 hours for grooming appointments
- No Show grooming and boarding reservations will be charged the entire amount for their reservation
- Early check-outs with 48 hours notice will only be charged for the night of the pick-up day, however early check-outs with less than notice will be charged for the remainder of their stay

A Word About Trimming Your Dog’s Nails
Most owners forget how the nails can quickly over grow between baths. The AKC advises that long nails can turn a dog’s paw into a splayed foot, reduce traction, and they can cause deformed
feet or injure the tendons over an extended period. As the long nail hits the ground, the pressure puts force on the foot and leg structure and the nails are prone to chipping, tearing, and painfully breaking. That clickity, click, click you hear is not a good thing.
If you forget or have trouble trimming your dog’s nails, let our professional groomers gently keep them trimmed and healthy.
Ala Carte nail trimming is $10 for boarded or daycare dogs.

Other Pet Boarding
We welcome birds, hamsters, bunnies, and other safe, small family pets.
Please bring their cage or aquarium and usual feed.
Prices start at $20 per night depending upon the pet and level of care involved.
Vaccination Details
REQUIRED FOR DOGS:
- Bordetella
- Distemper
- Parvo
- Rabies
Veterinarians also recommend Canine Influenza Virus Vaccine (CIV) and Leptosporosis Vaccine.
REQUIRED FOR CATS:
- FVRCP
- Rabies
Veterinarians also recommend FeLV vaccine.
Vaccinations should be given 5 to 10 days prior to boarding.
We require flea control to be current on all pets.
