Should we bring food?

We serve Purina GI diet; however, veterinarians state that a sudden change of diet is not recommended as it may cause digestive problems. You are encouraged to bring your pet’s usual feed in a clearly labeled container with portion instructions. Meals requiring special preparation or handling may be charged a special prep charge depending on the level of additional preparation required.

We do carry FortiFlora to help with digestive upset that can be added to your pet's meal for $1 per meal.

For cats, we do carry Churu to help encourage them to eat if they are not eating or want a special treat.

We have top quality Kong Toys with peanut butter inside as well as other bones/treats available for an extra charge as a soothing night treat for dogs. A sure way to keep them healthfully occupied and content all night long. Please request this extra service at check-in to ensure availability.

What should we bring?

Dogs must have a collar and leash with a name tag and cats must be in secure carriers. Every pet should have their usual feed clearly labeled with dosage instructions (specifically: “Fido – 1 cup morning and night”). Please leave dogs leashed and crated or confined to your vehicle until check-in is completed. We have the top-rated Kuranda beds as well as blankets so personal bedding is not necessary!

Do you give medications?

Of course, and at no extra charge for up to two medications twice a day. Must be in their original package or veterinary pill vial with clear labeling with pet’s name & dosage instructions. Additional fees apply for more than two medications or extraordinary health care requirements. Please call us to discuss.

Do you take recuperating pets?

“Yes” We offer "medical boarding" and will follow basic care instructions from your vet. Please call us to discuss your pets needs before booking. Additional charges may apply for "medical complicated" boarding needs.
